Consumer Directed Services (CDS) provide non-medical, in-home support for individuals who need help with routine personal needs and daily household upkeep. This option allows clients to receive practical assistance right at home, ensuring essential tasks are handled safely without requiring specialized clinical care. By covering day-to-day chores and basic hygiene needs, CDS helps clients maintain independence and stay comfortable in their familiar surroundings.

• Personal Care: Direct assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene routines.

• Household Support: Regular housekeeping tasks, including sweeping floors, making beds, handling laundry, and completing general chores.

• Nutrition: Preparing simple meals like sandwiches, offering help during mealtimes, and washing dishes afterward.

• Mobility & Health Support: Safe transfers between seating or bedding, body positioning, and manual assistance with medications or standard medical equipment.
